Payment Policy

At Horizon Nest Travels, we require advance payments to ensure seamless planning and confirmation of all safari arrangements, including permits, accommodations, transport, and professional guides.

1. Deposit

A 40% deposit of the total safari cost is required to confirm any reservation. Bookings are not guaranteed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining 60% balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the safari commencement date. Failure to clear the balance within this period may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Direct bank transfer (no additional charges)

  • Approved online payment platforms

Please note:

  • Card payments may attract processing fees

  • Cash payments are not accepted

  • Payments to personal or unofficial accounts are strictly prohibited

All payments must be made to the official company accounts only.

4. Invoices and Receipts

All payments made will be supported with official invoices and receipts issued by [Company Name] for transparency and record-keeping purposes.

5. Full Payment Requirement

Full payment must be completed in advance to secure your safari. This ensures timely booking of:

  • Safari permits

  • Accommodation and transport

  • Guides and activity services

Failure to complete payment may lead to delays or unavailability of services.

6. Confirmation of Booking

A safari booking is considered fully confirmed only after receipt of the required payments and issuance of official confirmation by Horizon Nest Travels.
